以「越之白鳥」為有名的新潟第一酒造，2007年首次讓多年研究的山間系列上市。使用當地酒米的五百萬石，亦特地使用當地山間的梯田成長的越淡麗麴米。這是第一次搾取後，直接裝瓶的無濾過原酒，果香濃馥。
