這款「鳳凰美田 純米吟釀 無濾過生 「芳」」使用由酒米生産者藤田芳經營的完全無用農薬耕作的藤田農莊出產的「雄山錦」米為原材料，配以北海道的清澈地下水釀造。米香味濃，酒體口感平滑，而略帶酸味酸味，餘韻不絕。
