One of the strongest efforts from this property (previously called La Grave-Trigant-de-Boisset) over recent years, this lovely, charming 1995 reveals a deep ruby color, and plenty of sweet cherry fruit intertwined with high quality, spicy new oak. Medium-bodied, with excellent concentration and a nicely layered, sexy personality.

Aromas of flowers and blackberry, and hints of fresh cèpe. Full-bodied, with silky tannins and a long, caressing finish. Layered and refined. Still needs time. Getting better as it evolves.--'95/'96 Bordeaux retrospective.
