Domaine Servin is one of the largest and oldest domain in Chablis, with its establishment since 1547, run by the current 7th generation of the family, Mr. Francois SERVIN - the owner & winemaker. This ownership covers 42 hectares of vineyards on kimmeridgian limestone-clay soils of tiny oyster shells with an average vine age of 40 years. 90% of the productions are exported to 28 countries well around the world.
Wine Note
Servin Chablis AOC, is from Les Pargues vineyards, Grand Chablis terroir before the current classification implemented. 100% Chardonnay, stainless steel fermentation and maturation.
Pale lemon colour. White floral, citrus fruit aromas, followed by fresh acidity yet smooth in the mouth with mineral finish.
