Pierre Jacquinot and his 2 sons Jacques and Jean-Guy have created "Champagne Jacquinot & Fils" in 1947. The family currently owns a vineyard of 17 hectares in the underground caves in Epernay and produces terroir-driven, unique champagne of high quality.
Wine Note
Blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir. This is a Jacquinot's special bottle, with grapes coming from the oldest plots of the estate (before 1964) and over 10 years of lees ageing. Deep yellow golden colour, with fine effervescence. Tertiary aromas are coming gently with mainly coffee, chocolate and some vanilla notes afterwards.

Ideal for exceptional appetizer along with foie gras, smoked salmon and caviar.
