Pierre Jacquinot and his 2 sons Jacques and Jean-Guy have created "Champagne Jacquinot & Fils" in 1947. The family currently owns a vineyard of 17 hectares in the underground caves in Epernay and produces terroir-driven, unique champagne of high quality.
Wine Note
Made of 50% Pinot Noir to give the colour and fruity character, and 50% Chardonnay to keep a nice freshness. This Rose is made only in very good year. Pink salmon colour, with tiny bubbles. Creamy mousse supports nice fruit aromas of red fruits mainly raspberries, cherries. Freshness in the mouth with moderate length.
Pairing
Ideal at the appetizer and with a fresh fruit salad, a chocolate cake. Can also afford white meat.
