The 2017 Chablis Vaillons 1er Cru has an expressive bouquet with orange zest and light mango scents that allow the terroir to still come through. The palate is well balanced with fine acidity, delicate hint of orange zest and citrus notes with a touch of white peach towards the finish, even a suggestion of mint on the aftertaste. Very fine.

Domaine Servin is one of the largest and oldest domain in Chablis, with its establishment since 1547, run by the current 7th generation of the family, Mr. Francois SERVIN - the owner & winemaker. This ownership covers 42 hectares of vineyards on kimmeridgian limestone-clay soils of tiny oyster shells with an average vine age of 40 years. 90% of the productions are exported to 28 countries well around the world.

Wine Note
Rich golden yellow colour. This is flinty, showing mineral elements combining with apple and citrus notes, all playing off a vivid acidity. Features a creamy texture, fine harmony and a lingering aftertaste of fruit, earth and stone.
