使用北海道產人氣酒米「彗星」的純米大吟釀，入口透明清爽，具吟釀香氣，適合在用餐時飲用。「彗星」酒米的特點是容易釀造出口感淡麗、具清爽口感的清酒！加上酒藏使用了山形縣新開發的酵母「YK009」，釀造出這款酸度低、香氣均勻的純米大吟釀，給人耳目一新的感覺。
